A message from my soul to yours…
LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER & CEO
Dearest Soul,
From the moment this vision entered my consciousness, I knew it was divinely channeled. Something deep within me recognized that this was not just a company I was being called to build, but the physical manifestation of my soul mission in this lifetime. This has never been about creating something simply to make money. It has always been more than just a business.
Throughout my life, I was preparing for this work long before I had this vision. As the daughter of Polish immigrants who pursued the American Dream, I saw how owning a business allowed my parents to create a better life for our family. Working over a decade in higher education and K-12 leadership showed me the impact education can have on individuals and communities. I also saw my parents push themselves so hard that their health and relationships suffered. I saw how the current education system taught knowledge without application or differentiation.
Going through my own entrepreneurial journey and spiritual awakening, I realized something profound: there is no single "right" way to build a business. Each person is specifically designed to fulfill their unique purpose in a way that is fully aligned with their soul mission. It became clear to me that so many entrepreneurs were struggling to bring their visions to life because something was misaligned at the soul level. While many who had found success externally felt disconnected from their truth and had built a business that was unsustainable.
Strategy doesn't last without soul and soul can't create momentum without strategy.
We need both, and the Spiritual Business Incubator was designed to bridge that gap and help awakened entrepreneurs build businesses that are spiritually aligned, strategically sound, financially stable, and deeply impactful. It is for the visionaries, founders, and conscious leaders who know they are here to serve humanity at a higher level while contributing to the evolution of consciousness and the creation of a new earth.
As the Incubator has evolved, it has become something far greater than myself. I no longer see it as "my" business, but as a living mission I have been entrusted to steward. My role is simply to lead the vision, gather the resources, and create the structure that allows good-hearted people doing meaningful work to thrive in life and in business.

Everything here was created with the belief that when aligned souls build purposeful, profitable, and sustainable businesses, they do not just change their own lives; they change families, communities, industries, and ultimately the collective itself.
