The Spiritual Business Incubator is designed as a modern virtual entrepreneurial school for visionary founders; providing knowledge, developing skills, and providing resources that support founders on their journey from start to scale. Building a business requires the hands-on implementation of key activities that ensure your time, energy, and money are intentionally focused on your fulfilling your mission. 

At the Spiritual Business Incubator, our expert faculty members guide you through a practical business curriculum based on each stage of business development. Alongside this, we honor your unique energetic blueprint and offer curated Human Design education and integration opportunities weaved into our core structure to supports your aligned development as the leader of your business.

This is not a place for passive learning or abstract theory. Inside the Incubator, you’re learning the critical components of business building while actively applying them to your own company in real time. Through expert-led facilitation, structured education, practical implementation, spiritual alignment, and meaningful connection, you build a strong business foundation while gaining the confidence to grow with intention.

Program Tracks

At the core of the Incubator are Program Tracks. There are four tracks with an focused curriculum based on that specific stage of business, purposefully designed to support your business planning, strategic growth, leadership capabilities, and energetic alignment. When you apply and enroll at the Incubator, you are placed into the track that best supports where you are now; helping you create a strong foundation, structure, and strategy to bring your business vision to life with intention.

Electives

Alongside the core tracks, all founders in the Incubator have access to participate in core electives offered each month expanding your knowledge through a Beginners Human Design topics and deepen your embodiment through an Advanced Human Design topics. Additionally, there will be a monthly elective on a an rotating business topic that expands your knowledge beyond what is offered in your program track. Electives allow you to deepen specific skills, explore aligned topics, and receive additional guidance based on your interests and needs. These may include focused trainings, workshops, or special sessions that support both personal and professional development.

Engaged Community

One of the most powerful aspects of the Spiritual Business Incubator is the opportunity to grow alongside a community of founders who are deeply committed to building real, sustainable businesses aligned with their soul mission and Human Design. Entrepreneurship is a full-time job, and the community inside the Incubator is full of dedicated founders who are actively developing their knowledge, skills, structures, leadership, and network. Each month, all founders in the Incubator have the opportunity to expand your network and knowledge at Human Design Happy Hour, and come together for connection, support, and co-creation at the monthly Founder’s Forum.
