2024 was a year of profound growth and alignment for my business—and life. I didn’t just focus on hitting revenue targets or chasing metrics. Instead, I prioritized building a foundation designed for sustainability and alignment with my unique Human Design. This process not only transformed my business but also clarified my path forward for years to come.
Today, I’m sharing the three most impactful steps I took this year to help you align your business and create a strategy that feels as good as it performs.
1. Writing a Business Plan Rooted in Alignment
Traditional business plans often focus on logic and industry trends. But in 2024, I took a different approach: I created a business plan inspired by my Human Design.
I started by asking: What kind of business am I uniquely designed to create? Using my chart as a guide, I identified how my energy flows, what roles I thrive in, and what structures would allow me to feel satisfied and aligned.
This plan became my north star, helping me discern where to invest my time, energy, and resources. For the first time, I wasn’t throwing spaghetti at the wall—I was building a business that felt authentic and purpose-driven.
2. Evolving My Identity
Growth requires evolution, and this year, I fully embraced my identity as a spiritual entrepreneur. I let go of old stories, limiting beliefs, and roles that no longer served me.
I asked myself hard questions, like:
- Am I living in alignment with my design?
- What parts of my business feel out of sync?
Through reflection, healing, and deconditioning, I began to embody my true self, which allowed me to show up authentically in my business and personal life.
