Every business evolves through these stages: Starting, Pivoting, Evolving, and Scaling. Each stage requires a unique focus, energy, and set of resources to build the right momentum.

Starting: It’s all about laying the foundation. You need clarity on your vision, a solid business plan, and alignment with your purpose.
Pivoting: This is where many entrepreneurs course-correct. Maybe something feels off, or you’re serving the wrong audience. Pivoting helps you realign and make intentional shifts.
Evolving: Here, you refine what’s working, delegate what’s not, and create systems for sustainability. It’s about doing less but achieving more.
Scaling: Now, it’s time to take that strong foundation and expand your impact. This stage demands solid infrastructure, team support, and a clear plan for growth.
