66. What Do You Need to Let Go of to Grow Your Business

Over the past year, I’ve experienced tremendous growth in my business, but it didn’t come without its sacrifices. Growth required me to release things—internally and externally—that were no longer aligned with where I was headed.
As we step into 2025, it’s the perfect time to reflect not just on what you want to achieve, but also on what you might need to release to make room for your next level of success.
Identifying What’s Out of Alignment
Sometimes, the things holding us back are right in front of us: outdated strategies, unaligned offers, or tasks that drain our energy. It could be a program you’ve invested heavily in but no longer excites you, or marketing methods that feel forced.
I’ve been there—holding on to commitments like being a school board president, even when they didn’t align with my long-term vision. Letting go wasn’t easy, but it was necessary to free up the energy and focus I needed to grow my business authentically.
Addressing the Internal Blocks
Letting go isn’t just about external shifts. Often, the hardest things to release are the internal beliefs and fears that keep us stuck. For me, this meant confronting my fear of judgment as I transitioned into building a spiritual business. I had to work through the subconscious patterns I inherited and find the courage to trust my vision.
